Printable PDF downloads
Nothing ships. Your download link appears on the confirmation page the moment your payment goes through, and is also emailed to you. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email doodleblooom@gmail.com and we will send the files directly.
You can download your files again later from the link in your confirmation email.
Paperback books
Paperbacks are printed to order. That means there are two separate stages, and the total time is the sum of both:
- Printing and binding: typically 3 to 5 business days after you order.
- Shipping: depends on the method you choose at checkout and where you are. The available methods, prices and estimated delivery windows are shown to you before you pay.
We print through a network of facilities and your order is produced at the one nearest you, which keeps shipping times and costs down.
Where we ship
We ship paperbacks to most countries. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to it.
Customs and import charges
If your order is printed in one country and shipped to another, import duty or tax may be charged on arrival. These charges are set by your government, are not included in the price you pay us, and are your responsibility.
Tracking
Where the shipping method you chose includes tracking, we will email you the tracking number once the book leaves the printer. The slowest and cheapest mail options are often untracked.
Wrong or incomplete address
We can only ship to the address you give us at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but we will need to charge for the reprint and the second delivery. Please check your address before paying.
Delays
Printing and postal networks both slow down in the run-up to Christmas. If a book is a gift for a particular date, order well ahead or choose the printable version, which is instant.
