What we can sort out quickly
- A file will not open or will not print properly. Tell us which book, and which device and printer you tried. We will fix it or refund you.
- A paperback arrived damaged or misprinted. Send a photograph and we will reprint or refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the book back.
- No download link. Check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will send the files directly.
- Classroom or bulk use. A single-classroom licence is already included with every printable. If you need something wider, ask — we usually say yes.
