Look inside a book
Every Doodle Bloom book is built the same way, so you always know what you are getting.
One big picture per page
No busy backgrounds, no fiddly detail, nothing crammed into a corner. The outlines are thick enough for a four-year-old to stay inside, and there is enough open space that finishing a page feels like an achievement rather than a chore.
45 pages, printed single sided
Every book has 45 coloring pages plus a title page your child can put their name on. Pages are single sided, so a felt-tip pen never ruins the drawing underneath.
Square pages, 8.5 by 8.5 inches
Small hands can hold a square book open flat without it snapping shut. The printable version also includes a US Letter file, so it fits whatever paper is already in your printer.
Black ink only
The pages are pure black line art on white. You do not need a colour cartridge, and you do not need special paper.
Ages 1 to 9, graded properly
The toddler books have one enormous object per page and outlines thick enough to survive a fist-held crayon. The books for older children have more to explore in each scene. The age range is printed on every cover.
How the pictures are made
The illustrations are created with AI image tools, then reviewed by hand, cleaned to pure black and white line art, and laid out for printing. We would rather tell you that than not.
