We answer within two business days, usually sooner. There is one person reading that inbox, so please include your order number if you have one.
What to write to us about
- A file will not open or will not print properly. Tell us which book, and which device and printer you tried. We will fix it or refund you.
- A paperback arrived damaged or misprinted. Send a photograph and we will reprint or refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the book back.
- You did not receive your download link. Check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will send the files directly.
- Classroom and bulk use. A single-classroom licence is already included with every printable. If you need something wider than that, ask.
