Doodle Bloom makes coloring books that children actually finish.

Most coloring books fail in the same way. The drawings are too detailed, the lines are too thin, and a small child gives up somewhere around the third page. What is left is a book with three coloured pages and forty-two blank ones, and a child who has decided they are not good at colouring.

So we build ours backwards from that problem. One big picture per page. Outlines thick enough to forgive a wobbly hand. Enough open space that a page can be finished in one sitting. Printed single sided, so a felt-tip pen never ruins the next drawing.

One hundred books, organised by occasion

The library is grouped the way people actually shop for a gift: a birthday, Christmas, Easter, the first day of school, a long flight, a new baby in the house. Eleven series, graded from age one to age nine, so you can find something appropriate without knowing exactly what the child is into this month.

How the pictures are made

The illustrations are created with AI image tools. Every one is then reviewed by hand, cleaned to pure black and white line art, and laid out for printing. Pages that do not work get thrown away rather than shipped. We think you should know how the thing you are buying was made.
